Terms of use.

1. Scope and seller.

These terms govern the use of vivoxpand.com and every purchase from our online shop. The seller is VivoArchitect Ibérica, S.L. (trade name VivoXpand), NIF B22939599, C/ Leonardo da Vinci 18, 41092 Sevilla, Spain, info@vivoxpand.com.

The terms in force when you place your order apply to it. You must be at least 18 to buy. The contract is concluded in English.

2. Products.

Our products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Descriptions, images and prices are shown as accurately as possible; the label on the product is the reference. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose, keep out of reach of young children, and read the warnings on the label before use.

3. How to order.

1. Choose your products and click "Add to basket".
2. Open your basket and click "Checkout".
3. Enter your contact, delivery and billing details and choose a payment method.
4. Review your order. You can correct any details before you confirm.
5. Confirm and pay with the button "Pay now" (an order with an obligation to pay).

The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation by email. We store the contract, and you can ask us for a copy at any time.

4. Prices and payment.

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order. Payment is made through the secure methods offered at checkout. For deliveries outside the European Union, such as Switzerland, import duties and taxes may apply and are paid by the customer.

5. Delivery.

We deliver to the European Union and Switzerland. Not every product is available in every country: the product page and checkout show where each product can be delivered. We deliver within the period stated at checkout and at the latest within 30 days of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will tell you and refund any amount paid without undue delay. The risk of loss passes to you when you or a person you name receives the products.

6. Right of withdrawal.

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without giving a reason.

Exception. For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken after delivery.

How to withdraw. Send us a clear statement by email to info@vivoxpand.com, or use the model form below. Sending it before the 14 days end is enough.

Returning the products. Send the products back within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing. You pay the direct cost of return, unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refund. We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement. We may wait to refund until we have received the products or proof that you sent them back. We use the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise.

7. Legal guarantee.

As a consumer, you have a legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years from delivery under Spanish consumer law. If a product is not in conformity, you can ask for repair or replacement, and where that is not possible, a price reduction or termination of the contract. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will replace it or refund you.

8. Liability.

We are not liable for damage caused by misuse of the products or by failing to follow the instructions on the label. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law.

9. Complaints and disputes.

If you have a complaint, write to info@vivoxpand.com and we will reply as soon as possible. Official complaint forms are available on request. We do not currently adhere to a consumer arbitration system.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.

We process the personal data needed for your order as described in our Privacy policy.
